Ashley Rivera has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service at Nebraskaland, Inc. since November 2016, where responsibilities also included roles as Supervisor and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Ashley held positions at Fancy Foods Inc. and The Chefs Warehouse, contributing to inside sales and customer relations efforts. Ashley's work encompasses managing sales teams, preparing and expediting orders, training staff, and developing sales strategies for at-risk customers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Lehman College and additional studies at CUNY Bronx Community College.
