Charles Cao

Charles Cao is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in AI and cloud computing. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nebula Block, Charles built a GPU AI cloud platform with features such as OpenAI-compatible inference and strong compliance with Canadian data residency laws. At Mega Nova AI, Charles leads system architecture and AI model research, focusing on a Zero-Trust Hybrid AI Cloud for role-play inference. As Chief Technical Advisor for Equaldocs AI, Charles advises on AI architecture and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Charles is the Executive Director of the Swan Chain Foundation, fostering cross-chain infrastructure for AI and Web3 technologies. Past roles include co-founding Swan Cloud and serving as a mentor at Outlier Ventures and the Filecoin Techstars Accelerator, further showcasing a commitment to innovation in decentralized systems and AI. Charles holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University.
