Andrew Procek

Andrew Procek is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in contact centre solutions and system integration. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Architect and Technical Consultant at NEC Australia since November 2018, Andrew has previously held key roles, including Senior Contact Centre Consultant at Byte Information Technology, where notable achievements include integrating the Genesys mobility product for a state government contact centre and developing intelligent routing solutions for a major Australian financial institution. Earlier experiences include positions as Technical CTI Lead at Salmat, Genesys Engineer at Salesforce Australia Pty Ltd, and Lead Developer at Hyper MP Group, among others. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Sydney University.
