Sue Smythe

Sue Smythe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Human Resource Business Partnering and Employee Relations at NEC Corporation of America since November 2012, Sue has previously held significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included Strategy & Planning for Workforce Management, Finance, and Training. With a background in managing large teams at Electronic Data Systems, including roles in technical delivery and HR training program management, Sue has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective workforce strategies and training programs. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management/Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
