Tatsuki Ishikawa

Tatsuki Ishikawa is a seasoned professional in biometrics identification systems with extensive experience in customer service and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at NEC Corporation of America since July 2021, Tatsuki oversees a team providing 24/7 support for biometrics systems utilized by law enforcement across North America. Previously, Tatsuki held various roles at NEC Corporation, including Senior Manager managing planning and execution of biometrics business, and Manager and Implementation Project Manager for government and law enforcement biometrics projects worldwide. With a foundational career as a Project Leader and System Engineer responsible for global implementations and maintenance support, Tatsuki brings over 19 years of specialized experience in this field. Tatsuki earned a master's degree from Keio University between 2002 and 2004.
