Scott Billups

Scott Billups is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in power systems design and integration. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Grid Integration at NEC Energy Solutions since May 2012, Scott has previously held senior design and engineering roles at prominent companies including Danfoss Solar, Proton Energy Systems, UTC Power, and Lockheed Martin. During time at Lockheed Martin, Scott contributed to the design of power systems for the X-38 ISS Crew return vehicle, specializing in circuit design, board layout, automated tester design, and bus bar design for compact spaces. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Conversion from Texas Tech University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
