Tosho Dobrev

Tosho Dobrev is the current Technical Director at NEC GROUP. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Cordeel from April 2011 to September 2015, at Raiffeisen Evolution Project Development from May 2008 to April 2011, and at BA Engineering from November 2006 to May 2008.

Dobrev has experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and has a wide range of responsibilities including project planning, cost management and forecasting, main contract management, subcontract negotiation, signing and management, amendments negotiation with clients and subcontractors, value engineering, project team management, and reporting to the Technical and Managing Directors.

Tosho Dobrev has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy Sofia. Tosho is also a certified BRE Accessor from BRE (Building Research Establishment).
