At Ventia, Melanie served as a Project Director for UFB2+ and held various management roles focusing on quality and completions in network infrastructure. At NEC, Melanie is the Managing Director and GM Field Delivery, leading a team of skilled engineers dedicated to providing innovative service to partners. Melanie graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2021.
