Erin Pryor, MPH, RDN, LD, currently serves as Research Director and previously as Research Coordinator at NEC Society since October 2021. Concurrently, Erin owns Westlake Craft, specializing in handmade felted wool pillows, restored furniture, and recycled goods since November 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Neonatal Dietitian and Clinical Dietitian at Miami Valley Hospital, where Erin provided nutrition care in various clinical settings. Additionally, Erin worked as a Community Health Educator for Ohio Action for Healthy Kids, facilitating health improvement projects in local schools. Previous positions also include Program Coordinator at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center, Research Dietitian at Children's Hospital Colorado, and various dietitian roles in research and clinical settings. Erin holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies from Miami University.
