Claire held various leadership positions at NEC Software Solutions, culminating in retirement after nearly 17 years of dedicated service. Prior to NEC, Claire served as Head of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Support Operations at Northgate Public Services, focusing on social care client services and customer relationship management. Claire's career began at Anite as a Client Services Manager, where responsibility included operational account management and customer satisfaction. Claire holds a Technician qualification from AAT and completed schooling at Joseph Rowntree Secondary School in York.
