Vaibhav Mittal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management. Vaibhav began their career as a Service Engineer at Tata Motors, where they provided customer support for three years. Vaibhav then transitioned to a role as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant at Ramco Systems, where they implemented ERP products and worked closely with clients to understand their needs. After that, Vaibhav joined Tata Interactive Systems as a Manager of Projects, responsible for managing and executing projects within defined cost, time, and quality parameters. Vaibhav then joined Rave Technologies, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Project Manager and Associate Vice President of Delivery. In these roles, Vaibhav was accountable for project deliveries, program management, P&L management, client satisfaction, and people management. Currently, Vaibhav is the Vice President of Account Management and Delivery at NEC Software Solutions (India). Overall, Vaibhav has a strong track record of successfully managing projects and programs and delivering results for various organizations.

Vaibhav Mittal, PMP, CSM, has a diverse education history. In 1991, they completed their HSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied science. Following this, from 1992 to 1996, Vaibhav attended M S University in Baroda, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.). In 1999, they pursued further studies at the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, completing a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a focus on Systems and Finance. Later, in 2012-2013, Vaibhav attended the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, where they participated in the Senior Management Program.

In addition to their formal education, Vaibhav has obtained several certifications. In 2005, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In 2010, they earned the title of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from GoodAgile. Most recently, in February 2022, they completed the specialization in Python for Everybody from the University of Michigan on Coursera.
