Diane Lammons

Diane Lammons, AOCM, is an experienced collections manager with over two decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Collections Manager at NEC Corporation of America since July 2011, Diane has a strong background in managing credit and collections across multiple organizations, including roles as Business Manager at Charter Communications and Collections Operations Manager at Consolidated Communications. Throughout their career, Diane has successfully developed and centralized collections departments, managed vendor performance, and implemented effective processes to enhance customer retention and operational efficiency. Diane holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising/Business from Texas Christian University and has completed the Cap 1 Course in Business Credit Principles from the National Association of Credit Management.
