Gurleen Knight

Gurleen Knight has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gurleen started their career as an Organisational & Change Management Consultant at PwC Management Consulting from April 2000 to December 2002. Gurleen then worked as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Chubb Security from December 2002 to December 2003. After that, they joined KONE Elevators as a Training & Change Manager from December 2003 to August 2004.

Gurleen then moved on to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, where they served as a Talent & Leadership Manager from September 2004 to June 2007. Gurleen then joined Telstra as a Senior Organisational Development Manager from June 2007 to May 2013.

In 2013, Gurleen joined Navitas, a global leader in educational services, as the Global Director of Organisational Development from September 2013 to March 2016. Gurleen later became the HR Director Europe for the University Partnerships Division at Navitas from March 2016 to December 2019.

Gurleen's most recent position is with NEC Corporation, where they started as the Global Organisational Development and Talent Leader from May 2021 to December 2021. Gurleen then advanced to the role of Global Head of HR CoEs from December 2020 to March 2023, and currently serves as the Deputy POD Leader/Global Head of HR CoEs since April 2023.

Gurleen Knight completed a Bachelor of Economics at Murdoch University from 1993 to 1995. Gurleen then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and International Business at Curtin University from 1995 to 1997. In 2006, they attended Mt Eliza Business School for an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, although their end year is not specified.
