Toshiyuki Otake

Toshiyuki Otake is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management. Currently serving as an Audit Advisor in the Group Internal Audit Division at NEC Corporation since November 2016, Toshiyuki also holds the position of Executive Director in the Accounting & Finance Division. Earlier roles at NEC Corporation include General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the Corporate Controller Division, as well as Senior Manager in Corporate Finance. Toshiyuki was the Senior Vice President, CFO, and Company Secretary at NEC Europe Ltd from May 2010 to October 2016, overseeing financial operations in the EMEA Region. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Budgeting at NEC Corporation and Director of Finance at NEC Electronics America, Inc. Toshiyuki Otake holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from The University of Tokyo.
