Barry Fedden

Barry Fedden was appointed an independent director in 2012. Barry has 46 years of senior financial and operational management in service industries as well as 6 years in a chartered accounting practice. From 1994 to 2012 Barry was employed by CoINVEST Ltd (trustee of The Construction Industry Long Service Leave Fund) where he was Manager Financial Services and a member of the corporate executive. Prior to this Barry held a number of senior financial and operational management positions including Finance Manager and Company Secretary of Wridgways Holdings Ltd and subsidiaries, National Operations Manager Ansett Pioneer, and Financial Controller Ansett Inflight Services.

Barry currently chairs the company’s Audit and Risk Committee.
