Colleen Kaer, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience history. Colleen began their career at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Child Life Specialist in 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as an Intake Investigations Case Manager at Hamilton County Job and Family Services. From there, they moved to Resolvit, LLC in 2015, where they served as a Human Resource Business Partner until 2017.
