Randi Christiansen

Randi Christiansen is the CEO and co-founder of Nécessaire, a clean beauty brand. Prior to Nécessaire, they spent over a decade at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they held various roles, including VP, global brand strategy and marketing for La Mer and other brands, director of global brand marketing for Estee Lauder, and executive consultant for global management strategies. Randi began their career at Estee Lauder as a presidential management associate.

Randi Christiansen has a M.Sc. in Business Administration from The Copenhagen Business School.
