Darwin Marcelino

Darwin Marcelino has a diverse work experience that spans over 10 years. Darwin began their career in 2007 as an Electrical Technician at California Energy. In 2008, they joined Emerson Process Management as an Automation Engineer, where they worked for a decade until 2018. During their time at Emerson, Darwin gained expertise in various aspects of automation engineering, including product/system configuration, troubleshooting, and customer support. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Product Engineer at Emerson Process Management in the United Kingdom, where they were involved in advanced services projects. In 2011, Darwin also worked as an Automation Engineer at New England Controls, where they focused on developing and implementing configuration changes to meet customer requirements. Most recently, they worked as a Senior LifeCycle Solutions Engineer at NECI, starting in October 2018. In this role, Darwin collaborated with team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements, prepared detailed reports on project updates and support specifications, and provided lifecycle engineering solutions in various areas, including server, networking, and software configuration.

Darwin Marcelino has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Banos. Darwin attended the university from 2001 to 2007. Prior to their college education, Darwin studied at De La Salle Lipa from 1997 to 2001 for their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Darwin has obtained several certifications. These certifications include Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training from OPITO, DeltaV Hardware and Troubleshooting, DeltaV Implementation I, Electrical Engineer License from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines, Fieldbus Systems and Devices, and SIS Support Certification, all obtained from Emerson Process Management. The obtained months and years for these certifications, however, are not provided.
