Jay Harding

Calibration Account Services at NECI

Jay Harding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jay started their career at Warner Bros. Entertainment in 1994, where they worked as a Manager for National Radio Marketing & Promotion. During their time there, they were responsible for B2B marketing to over 125 radio station accounts, utilizing consultative and relationship sales techniques to achieve airplay.

In 2002, Jay joined Flea-Marketing as Manager, Inside Sales & Marketing. In this role, they were in charge of B2B sales and marketing to over 100 retail accounts. Jay collaborated with clients on project strategy and executed sales and marketing plans.

From 2012 to 2013, Jay worked as an Account Project Manager at SEAM Group, a facilities maintenance company. Here, they served as the primary advocate for clients such as Philips Lighting, Darden Restaurants, and Fanzz.

Currently, Jay is employed at NECI since 2014. Jay works in the Calibration Account Services division, where they manage account services for a diversified high-level engineering firm. This involves daily logistics with clients, material suppliers, field engineers, and internal teams. Jay utilizes the IFS Applications ERP solution for project processing and managing the master client service database.

Jay Harding has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from San Francisco State University. Additionally, they have taken courses in Business/Personal Finance at UCLA Extension.
