Kaleigh Hess

Kaleigh Hess has a diverse work experience. Kaleigh started their professional journey as a Lifeguard at Berea Parks and Recreation in 2019, where they focused on ensuring the safety of patrons and maintaining a positive attitude even in stressful situations. In 2020, they joined Worcester Polytechnic Institute as part of the Recreation Staff, where they emphasized patron safety, effective communication with coworkers and patrons, and maintaining organization. Kaleigh then worked as an Engineering Intern at RJ Corman Railroad Group in 2021, where they gained experience in examining railroad bungalows, estimating costs, and developing an interactive guide for reading schematics. Currently, Kaleigh is working as a Process Automation Engineer at NECI since 2022.
