Matt Keenan

Matt Keenan is the VP of HR at NECI. Matt has over 15 years of experience in the HR field, including managing global HR teams and heading up talent acquisition for companies with operations in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Prior to joining NECI, Matt spent four years as the Sr. Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at 3DS Americas Corp., where they were responsible for closing 500+ positions annually across the 4000 employee NAM and LATAM Geos. Before that, they spent six years as the Sr. Director of HR and HRBP at DS SIMULIA Corp., where they reported to the SIMULIA CEO as Head of HR and HR Business Partner responsible for leading HR strategy and function for 950 employees. From 2005-2012, Matt served as the Director of HR and Recruiting at SolidWorks & Director of Americas TA at DS Americas Corp., where they led the Global HR function and reported to the CEO as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for DS SolidWorks Corporation. Matt started their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner at OneSource Information Services. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University.

Keenan attended Westminster School before studying business administration with a focus in finance, investments, and economics at Babson College.
