The leadership team at NECON has experience in a variety of industries, including CEO positions at Pinovo and NORITEC AS, Siemens AS, and ABB. They also have experience as a Vice President Sales & Marketing at TTS Offshore Solutions AS, and Senior Vice President Corporate - Strategic Accounts Offshore at TTS Group ASA. In addition to this, the team has a wide range of educational backgrounds, including Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and STILO - Fellowship Statskonsult, Ledership and organisational development from Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap.
