Shanda Phillips has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, accounting, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a DOT Regulatory Compliance Agent at NECS since January 2012, Shanda excels in customer service and manages driver files using a Driver Profile Management System. Prior experience includes working as an Accounting Tech II at Southern Hills Counseling Center, where responsibilities ranged from operating a switchboard and handling payments to training new staff and managing scheduling. Earlier in Shanda's career, a role as a Quality Assurance/Testing Administrator at Jofco, Inc. involved data entry, assisting with customer issues, and training machine operators. Shanda holds an Associate of Science degree in Administrative Technology with a Medical Endorsement from Vincennes University Jasper, completed between 2009 and 2012.
