Rachel Petersen

Rachel Petersen is the Co-Founder & Partner at Nectar Communications. Rachel has over 20 years of experience in public relations and marketing communications.

Rachel started their career as a Junior Account Executive at Blanc & Otus. Rachel then moved to The OutCast Agency (formerly OutCast Communications) where they were the Vice President for over 10 years. During their time at The OutCast Agency, Rachel worked with clients such as EMC, Facebook, Macromedia, Qik (now Skype), Quokka Sports, salesforce.com, StumbleUpon, TiVo, and many others.

In 2009, Rachel co-founded Nectar Communications, a full-service communications agency specializing in technology startups. Nectar Communications has worked with clients such as Twitter, Google, Airbnb, and Lyft.

Rachel Petersen has a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
