Michael Hicks is an accomplished strategic advisor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business growth and development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at the Foundation for Business Equity, Hicks focuses on empowering enterprises of color to address wealth inequality in Massachusetts. As Co-Founder and President of Relavent Systems, Inc., Hicks champions food safety and public health initiatives. Previous leadership roles include CEO of SInC, Partner at Ronald Lang & Associates, and Senior Vice President at Square 1 Bank, among others. Hicks holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and has a BA in Economics from Boston University, complemented by a professional certificate in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
