Jaime Moquin

Jaime Moquin possesses extensive experience in customer success and strategic leadership within the EdTech sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Notably, Jaime served in various senior roles at ACT from December 2013 to August 2016, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Director in multiple domains such as Product Line Management and Sales Operations. Jaime contributed to multiple startups, including EdAgree, Inc. as Vice President of Customer Success and Partnership Development, and has held a vital leadership position at Jenzabar as Vice President of Engagement and Customer Success from February 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Jaime leads Customer Success at Nectir, focusing on innovative educational solutions. Additionally, Jaime has experience in admissions at institutions like Northland College and the University of Minnesota Morris, along with a passion for guiding outdoor experiences for women in the Midwest through Wander Women Midwest. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northland College.
