Adam Sikora

Adam Sikora is the current StreetCrowd Operations Manager at ubiq. Prior to this, they served as a coordinator for the European Solidarity Corps for Youth (ESC4Y) from July 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for creating and distributing marketing content, training volunteers, and providing educational support to minors of immigrants and refugees. Adam alsocoordinated online activities carried out by volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic. From November 2015 to April 2019, Adam was an Officer in Charge at Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG, where they managed B2B relationships with service providers in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Adam also oversaw the operation of numerous electronic equipment, certification, and facilities maintenance using an ERP system and MS Excel. In addition, they cooperated with governmental agencies all around the globe, managed documentation related to safety and HR, and supervised a team of up to 50 members.

Adam Sikora's educational career began with him attending the High School of Economics, where they specialized in finance and economy. Adam then went on to study marine transportation at Gdynia Maritime University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
