Hugo Sand

Hugo Sand is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic development and financial management. Currently serving as Strategic Development Manager at Nedap since September 2019, Hugo has held various roles including Group Business Controller and Business Unit Controller. Prior experience at Grolsch spanned nearly eight years in positions such as Commercial Finance Manager, Temporary Head of Finance, Revenue Manager, and Business Controller for Out-of-Home Sales and Operations. Hugo began the career with a Management Trainee role, participating in a Young Development Program. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Project Finance Analyst at SABMiller. Education includes an Executive Master of Finance & Control from the University of Amsterdam, along with an MSc in Business Administration - Finance and a BSc in Economics & Management from the University of Groningen.
