Nikhyle Govender

Nikhyle Govender is a Senior Business Process Engineer at Nedbank Private Wealth South Africa since August 2021, following a progression from Business Process Engineer II. Prior experience includes roles at Sasol from January 2017 to July 2021, where Nikhyle served as a Process Engineer and Engineering Manager focusing on the Fischer Tropsch Wax Synthesis unit, and completed a Graduate Development Program. Nikhyle also worked as a Graduate Process Engineer and Lead Shutdown Engineer at National Petroleum Refiners of SA (NATREF) in 2019. Earlier internships at Sasol and Clariant provided foundational experience in chemical engineering. Nikhyle holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and is pursuing a Master in Sustainability Management at Johannesburg Business School.
