Florah Ehirim

Florah Ehirim is an experienced HR Practitioner with a strong background in human resources management across Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Nedbank since September 2011, Florah has developed a wealth of expertise in HR practices. Prior to this role, Florah worked as an HR Business Partner at Absa from 2006 to August 2011, focusing on general HR functions within the organization. Florah holds a Bachelor Honours Degree in Social Science from the University of Johannesburg and is furthering education with an Executive Development Programme in Business Administration and Management at Stellenbosch University, alongside a Strategic Management Programme at GIBS Business School.
