Karen Muller

Karen Muller possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at Nedbank Insurance since November 1998 in various roles, culminating in the position of Head of Claims for Short Term and Life insurance. Responsibilities include managing and growing claims teams, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Contact Manager and Claims Manager at Nedbank Insurance, and a Manager for Client Services and Training at Sanlam from September 1989 to October 1998. Karen’s educational background includes a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance from Milpark School of Investment and Banking and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from IAC, among other qualifications.
