Kershini Govender

Kershini Govender is an experienced business professional currently serving as the Executive Head of Transformation and Strategy at Nedbank since March 2012, where responsibilities include developing Group Transformation and Consolidated Group Marketing and Corporate Affairs Cluster Strategies. Prior to this role, Kershini held positions as Joint Head of Group Strategy and Senior Manager of Group Business Innovation Card Acquiring at Nedbank from June 2003 to March 2010. Kershini began the career as a Senior Consultant in Strategy, Projects, and Analysis at the JSE from April 1998 to February 2003. Academic credentials include a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School (2017-2019) and a BComm in Business Finance, Logistics, and Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, supplemented by education from GIBS Business School.
