Lesego Gwebu

Lesego Gwebu has extensive experience in graduate recruitment and development, currently serving as a Graduate Specialist at Nedbank since March 2019, where responsibilities include implementing the Graduate Recruitment strategy and enhancing Nedbank's appeal to graduates. Prior to this, Lesego held the position of Graduate Programme Coordinator at Nedbank, providing strategic support for various training programs. Lesego's earlier roles include Senior Administrator at the Auditor-General of South Africa, focusing on training and development as well as audit research, and an Administration Assistant at the University of Johannesburg, supporting academic staff development. A graduate of the University of Johannesburg with a BA in Public Management and Governance, Lesego's educational background includes attendance at Hoerskool Pretoria Noord and the University of Cape Town.
