Natasha Sampson

Natasha Sampson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR at Optimi Learning since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR function and developing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Prior to this role, Natasha held various HR positions at FNB South Africa, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to organizational success through strategic HR partnerships and talent management.
