Rico Hayden

Rico Hayden has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rico started their career at Truelog Digital as a Software Engineer in 2009. Rico then worked at AOS as a Senior Software Developer and production/operations support lead from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Standard Bank Group as an RTB Manager Operations, where they were responsible for production support, system development, and project management. Rico later joined Tradestream as a Consulting Senior Software Engineer in 2013. In 2014, they returned to Standard Bank Group as a Consulting Technical Delivery Manager. Rico also held the role of Consulting Global Markets Operations IT Manager and IT Stream Lead during their time at Standard Bank Group. In 2016, they moved to Standard Bank South Africa as a Delivery Portfolio Manager and later became the Delivery Owner for Data Management and Architecture. In 2019, they joined a private company as a Data/Enterprise/Integration Architect, Delivery Portfolio Manager, and Full Stack Technology Expert. Finally, in 2020, Rico joined Black Hounds Studio as the owner and also started working at Nedbank as the Lead Enterprise Architect for Global Markets.

Rico Hayden studied Software Engineering at Van Zyl and Pritchard in 2009, focusing on Java application analysis, design, and development. In 2014, they pursued further education at Oracle University, becoming a Certified Enterprise Architect with a specialization in Application Architecture. Prior to this, they attended Linden Hoerskool, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
