Samta Lalan

Samta Lalan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in loan syndication and distribution. Currently serving as Co-Head of Loan Syndication and Distribution at Nedbank since June 2018, Samta previously established the Syndication and Distribution desk in London focused on African loans while working with Rand Merchant Bank. Samta's earlier roles include an MBA internship at the International Finance Corporation and a series of positions at Standard Chartered Bank, culminating in Associate Director of Origination and Client Coverage. Samta holds an MBA from London Business School and additional qualifications in business communication and finance from reputable institutions.
