Roel van Leeuwen

Roel van Leeuwen is a seasoned professional in the education and development sector with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at NEDCON since November 2022, Roel previously held the position of STO-coördinator at Quadraam | de Gelderse onderwijsgroep, where the focus was on connecting schools and businesses in technical education. Roel has a solid background in teaching, having worked as a Physics and Chemistry Teacher at Candea College and Liemers College. Additionally, Roel has leadership experience as the Team Leader/Manager at Scoutingkampeerterrein St. Walrick and served as Chairman of the non-profit diving club Sub Aqua Libera from 2012 to 2017. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Education in Chemistry from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
