Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT)
Ellen Geertse has extensive experience in the cultural sector, currently serving as Productieleider for Ensemble Klang and Musical Utopia’s since September 2022. Geertse has been involved with Festival De Betovering since June 2018 as both Productie & Programma and Projectleider for the Culturele Spelen in Den Haag. Additional roles include Productie - Planning techniek at Nederlands Dans Theater since March 2020, and Productieleider for Writers Unlimited Winternachten Festival The Hague and Festival Dag in de Branding since August 2017. As the owner of Van Wanten Producties since October 2016, Geertse runs a production agency focused on cultural projects. Freelance production work has been done for the Nederlands Blazers Ensemble since January 2018, and previous positions include technical production at Zuiderstrandtheater and events staff at Paagman. Educationally, Geertse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Media from Breda University of Applied Sciences and has studied at University of Jyväskylä and Northern Arizona University.

The purpose of Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) is to offer unique experiences and perspectives in dance that engage conversation and promote diversity.
