Julie Winson is an experienced nutritionist and dietitian with a diverse professional background in both the culinary and health sectors. Since August 2021, Julie has served as a nutritionist at the Royal Conservatoire and has also been in the same role at Nederlands Dans Theater since September 2019. As the owner of Winson Nutrition since 2013, Julie has provided personalized dietary services. Previous roles include managing restaurants such as Restaurant Vasso and Alaistair Little, and ownership at Schreuder Woodhouse teas & catering. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from De Haagse Hogeschool, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nutritional Epidemiology and Public Health at Wageningen University & Research. Additionally, educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Leeds and a postgraduate certificate in Education from Sussex University.
