Tamara Vroomen

Tamara Vroomen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR adviser at Nederlands Dans Theater since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tamara worked as an HR personnel planner at Grote Markt, where responsibilities included personnel planning for six hospitality venues and managing a workforce of 200 employees. Tamara has also held various roles in the field of mental health, including student manager at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and relationship therapist at Howtolove101. Additional experience includes training and coaching roles, as well as volunteer work with mental health organizations. Tamara holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogiek from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a post-bachelor degree in Learning Sciences from ICM opleidingen & trainingen. Further education is ongoing with a program at ICM opleidingen & trainingen scheduled from January 2024 to January 2025.
