Mark Mol

Mark Mol is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a senior HR adviseur at the Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid (NIPV) since October 2023, Mark also contributes as a member of the Internal Appeals Committee at 's Heeren Loo. Previous roles include HR advisors at Zinzia Zorggroep and Carintreggeland, and senior HR interim consultant at Human Capital Group. Mark's career spans significant positions at 's Heeren Loo, where responsibilities ranged from advising on HRM matters to managing advisory teams. Mark has also coached HRM students at Hogeschool Windesheim and developed HR policies at Staatsbosbeheer and GGNet.
