Hidde van Heijst

Hidde van Heijst is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and architecture, currently serving as a Cloud Data Architect and Team Lead Data Engineering at Nederlandse Loterij since September 2020. Hidde has architected a serverless and scalable data platform on Microsoft Azure to tackle fraud detection and gaming addiction issues. Prior roles include Data Engineer at Hallmark Benelux, focusing on building data platforms for Data Science and BI reporting, and working at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Data Engineer with an emphasis on customer interaction data. Earlier experience includes building a Center of Expertise on Customer Data Platforms at Capgemini and leading a management trainee program at Helloprint.
