Vivian Henssen

Vivian Henssen is an experienced business consultant currently working at Nederlandse Spoorwegen since April 2013, holding multiple roles including Product Owner for User Interface Reisinformatie, member of Regieteam Service Station en Veiligheid & Service, and Business Support for Reisinformatie. Prior to this role, Vivian completed a graduation internship at KLM from December 2011 to June 2012, focusing on ergonomics for iPad applications for ground agents. Experience also includes an internship as an Interaction Designer at TomTom in 2011, working on interaction design for car navigation systems with a focus on Automatic Speech Recognition. Vivian holds a Master of Science in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the same institution, alongside education in Sweden and a gymnasium diploma from Trevianum.
