Anne-Marie Scheepers

Anne-Marie Scheepers is a seasoned professional in the field of hospital pharmacy, currently serving as Plaatsvervangend opleider and hospital pharmacist at Maastricht UMC+ since August 2014. In addition to this role, Anne-Marie is actively involved with the Nederlandse Vereniging van Ziekenhuisapothekers (NVZA) as the chair of the Behandelaarschap working group and as a member of various other committees focused on clinical practices and education. At Maastricht University, Anne-Marie has been a lecturer since April 2017, teaching both Bachelor's and Master's level programs in medicine and physiotherapy. Prior experience includes a position at Catharina Hospital Eindhoven from March 2006 to August 2014, where Anne-Marie completed PhD research dedicated to clinical decision support systems and medication safety. Anne-Marie holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Utrecht University, obtained from 2002 to 2008.
