Astra Zelle

Astra Zelle has extensive experience in legal advisory roles, particularly focusing on health law and administrative law. Since January 2011, Astra Zelle has served as a Juridisch adviseur gezondheidsrecht at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit. Prior to this, a tenure at Deloitte Nederland from September 2000 to December 2010 included the position of Manager with responsibilities as a legal advisor for central and local government as well as semi-public institutions in administrative law matters. From November 1997 to September 2000, Astra Zelle was a Juridisch Adviseur at Kafi Advies (ARCADIS), providing counsel to local governments on property valuation laws and local taxes, and handling legal objections and advisement for various stakeholders. Astra Zelle holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Utrecht University and has completed additional studies at Grotius Academie, along with a secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Apeldoorn.
