Marc Lichtendonk

Marc Lichtendonk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in test management and coaching. Currently serving as Test Manager at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit since September 2019, Marc is responsible for establishing and promoting the testing policy within the organization. In addition, Marc coaches the JO14-1 Mix team at Hoogeveense Hockey Club from June 2020 to June 2024, focusing on tactics and ensuring enjoyment among the players. Previously, Marc held various test management roles at Coöperatie VGZ, where responsibilities included overseeing test and quality policies. Marc's earlier career involved consultancy and analysis roles within several organizations, contributing to significant testing projects and processes. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Windesheim and has participated in multiple educational programs, including VVD Masterclasses and CNV training related to management representation.
