Thomas Schuursma

Thomas Schuursma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) since May 2019. Previously, Thomas held the position of HR Manager Europe at SUZOHAPP from 2016 to January 2019, contributing to a technology company specializing in cash handling automation. A sabbatical was taken in 2016, prior to which Thomas spent six years at Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance as a Senior HR Business Partner and interim HR Manager. Additional roles include interim HR leadership positions at Avery Dennison, Bluewater Energy Services, Corbion, and Heineken, as well as a managerial role at Standard Fasel B.V. Thomas holds a degree in Law from Utrecht University and a BA in Personnel & Administration from De Horst Driebergen, pursued from 1994 to the present.
