Ayumu Tahara

Ayumu Tahara currently serves as General Manager for Japan and Taiwan at Need since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ayumu was the Operations Lead at a stealth startup from February 2021 to August 2022 and held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Revolut from January 2019 to January 2021, leading the operations team in Japan. Ayumu's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Uber, managing new city launches for Uber Eats in Japan and Mexico, as well as overseeing delivery operations and premium services in Tokyo. Earlier in career, Ayumu was the Japan Country Operations Manager at Indeed.com from 2012 to 2014.
