Ashley Joyner

Ashley Joyner is currently serving as the Vice President Digital Marketing Director at Needham Bank since February 2021. Previously, Ashley held various digital marketing and communications roles at Blue Hills Bank and Cambridge Savings Bank. In addition, Ashley is the owner and designer of Joyfleur - Wood Flower Decor, where Ashley creates unique floral arrangements made from wood flowers. With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Westfield State University, Ashley has a strong background in marketing and communications.
