Carrie Vargas

Carrie Vargas is the SVP, Director Retail Banking at Needham Bank, overseeing branch network vision, strategy, and execution. Prior to this, Carrie served as the Senior Vice President, Regional Manager at Citizens Bank, managing a $1.5 billion region with 14 branches. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Westfield State University.
